Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Centsonline.com within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page. If not specified, it is usually within 30 days). We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition and most importantly sanitation.
In order to qualify for a refund, we ask you to return the items back to us with the purchase receipt which has your original purchase date. Upon receipt of the returned items, we shall send you a receipt confirmation email and begin the quality inspection and examination processes at our earliest convenience. If the items do not pass the quality check, we shall ship them back to you.
If you choose to exchange the item for reasons of receipt of a defective item or a wrong item variation (size, color, etc.), you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges for variations (size, color, etc) of the same item, upon availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
- For sanitary reasons, any garments or wearables that are designed to come in contact with what is considered as private body parts or body parts that may add body odor to the items cannot be exchanged or returned. These items include, but not limited to, shapewear bottom, undergarment, innerwear, sleepwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, etc.
- All free items, for which you paid for shipping costs only, cannot be exchanged or returned.
- NO ITEMS SHALL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT WHICH STATES YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for example, shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will be required to return the free product as well for a full refund. Otherwise, a partial refund amount will be determined at our sole discretion.
- We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different item is returned by mistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the item and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.
- When you mail/ship your return items, you are responsible to package the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- Your shipping costs to return items will not be reimbursed.
Once the returned items pass our quality/condition checks, the refund shall be initiated. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within 7 to 10 business days. It is worthwhile to note that the refund amount will not include your shipping cost to our return mail address, and we will deduct 20 percent of your purchase price from the refund amount as a standard re-stocking fee.
Please note that we shall initiate the refund only upon a successful receipt of your return items and after they pass our quality checks. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the mail courier to deliver the return to our return mail address. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may, at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
